Day-to-Day Support
P&P-Bridge has created a special support model to record and resolve customer service requests and problem reports. There are 2 key indicators of the quality of our support model:
- the percentage of all service requests (or problems) for which the response was missed;
- the average time to resolution on service requests/problem reports.
We have special software tools (such as PCAnywhere) allowing for easy and secure remote customer service support. With these tools we can fix most problems within minutes by taking control of a customer's system. Any support issue that cannot be dealt remotely will be handled promptly and professionally in person on a case by case basis.
Web Hosting
We offer web hosting for the web sites we create. You can choose if you want to have your own second-level domain (yourcompany.com) or third-level domain (yourcompany.pnp-bridge.com). We offer the following services:
- Domain name registration and set up;
- Set up your internet access via a local Internet Service Provider (ISP);
- Set up your site on a host server of your choice, or provide the hosting on our server;
- Maintain your web site on the host by performing any ongoing site administration functions.
